Terms and Conditions for Reservation, Reservation Change & Cancellation
‧All rates are subject to 10% service charge during weekends & holidays.
‧Cancellation made on the check-in date will be charged a fee of 100% of total room rate.
‧Cancellation made on 1-3 days prior to check-in date will be charged a fee of 50% of total room rate.
‧Cancellation made on 4-6 days prior to check-in date will be charged a fee of 30% of total room rate.
‧Cancellation made on 7 days prior to check-in date will be charged a 10% of total room rate.
‧Reservation change/amendment made on 3 days prior to check-in date is not allowed.
‧All reservation change/amendment is subject to one time only. No cancellation will be allowed after reservation change/amendment has been made.
‧In case of typhoons, earthquakes and/or any other force majeure factors on the day of check-in, guests are required to contact our hotel directly via
phone for a reservation change (force majeure factors are to be determined by the announcements of the local government.) Cancellation may be allowed
for oversea guests with a foreign passport and a copy of flight ticket.
